107 N BULLARD ST #105 N BULLARD ST

About this property

One-of-a-kind historic property of over 7,000 SF in Silver City’s historic downtown. According to "Built to Last", this building was built in 1916 as the Centennial Saloon. Originally 5 separate storefronts, later joined into one complex, it still offers two distinct entrances and addresses. Rows of tall shop windows with transom glass above fill the space with natural light. Approx. ¾ of the building is open showroom and ¼ is warehouse, with garage access on the south side for vehicle entry. The southeast wall showcases a beautiful mural celebrating the family histories of Chihuahua Hill. Bradford pear trees line the south side with white flowers in the spring, and turning vivid red, yellow, and orange each fall, making this one of the most picturesque downtown blocks. Heating is by pellet stove; cooling by commercial evaporative cooler. Small outside space on the west side. Gas line still on property. Owner is moving out—please check back for photos as spaces clear.
